Kairleigh is a wife, mom, and business owner who lives in Mesa, AZ with her husband and 3 amazing kids. She's mom to a 6 year old, 3 year old and almost 2 year old. Her weeks are full of running kids to dance, volunteering at the kids school, and serving at church. She loves to bake, exercise, and ORGANIZE! She graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Recreation Management, specifically focused on planning special events. She's worked with multi-million dollar nonprofits to plan and manage fundraising events.

OrganiZEN Homes kicked off in 2019 when Kairleigh's family moved from Utah to Arizona. With her priority of being a mom, she decided that she needed the ability to have a flexible income and started a business. She's traveled all over Arizona to help provide organizing consultations to businesses and homeowners.

Most recently, shes been asked to provide more consults and so rather than provide one to one coaching shes launched the monthy blueprint program to help teach and guide others to create more peace in their homes from organizing. Shes excited to help you learn and practice the art of organizing in your own home, with her here to support and guide (and hold you accountable as well!)
